Accessories ordered on their own ship for $12. - Handling is 1 to 2 business days. Orders with a custom logo animation ship within 2 business days after you approve the preview. - Transit from Winter Haven, Florida is 2 to 5 business days by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Tracking is emailed when the label prints. - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international orders are quoted by email before we charge anything. - Fans ship double-boxed in the manufacturer's foam. If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the same day. ## Returns - 30 days from delivery, any reason. Email your order number and we send a prepaid label. - Pack the fan in its original box and foam. Returns packed without the foam that arrive damaged are refunded minus repair cost. - Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. - Custom logo animations are made to order and are not refundable once the preview is approved. The fan in a bundle is still returnable; we refund the bundle price less $79. ## Sales tax Florida sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Florida. Other states are not taxed at this time; if that changes, checkout will show it before you pay.
