Canonical: https://spinnyad.com/warranty/ # Warranty 12 months on every fan, 90 days on stands and covers, replacement shipped first. ## What is covered - Fans that stop powering on, spinning, or displaying, or that develop dead LED segments, rings or bands not caused by damage. - Power adapters and remotes. - Stands and covers that break under normal use, for 90 days. ## What is not covered - Blade damage from contact with objects, hands or hair. Mount above reach or use the cover. - Water, outdoor use, or grease and smoke buildup on the LEDs. - Drops, shipping damage on returns packed without the original foam, or modification. ## How a claim works - Email info@spinnyad.com with your order number and a short phone video of the problem. - We confirm within one business day and ship a replacement, usually the same day. - Put the original in the replacement's box with the prepaid label inside and drop it off. The warranty starts on the delivery date and is not transferable. Pre-configured content is reloaded on the replacement at no charge.
