The counter-top option
The 16.5 inch is the fan we recommend for a reception desk, a bar back, a bakery case or a barber station: places where the viewer is within 10 feet and the fan sits at eye level. Pair it with the desktop stand and it needs no drilling at all.
It ships with the same preparation as every SpinnyAd fan. We set it to English, update the firmware, test it, and load your logo animation and the starter library before it leaves Florida.
When to choose the 20 inch instead
The difference is resolution and reach. The 16.5 inch has two blades and 224 LEDs, which is plenty for a spinning logo or text. The 20 inch has four blades and 552 LEDs, so video clips and product renders look noticeably smoother, and it reads from twice the distance. If the fan is your window display, spend the extra $50.
Pairs with
Desktop Stand
$49
Weighted glass-base stand so the fan sits on a counter or in a window with no drilling.
Acrylic Cover
$69
Clear enclosure so nobody can touch the blades. Recommended for any fan below 6.5 feet in a public space.
Custom Logo Animation
$79
A 10 to 15 second loop built from your logo, formatted for your fan. Works with any brand of hologram fan.
Questions we get asked
Is the 16.5 inch big enough for a window?
For a small window or a counter display viewed from under 10 feet, yes. For a storefront window that needs to be read from the sidewalk, the 20 inch is the better choice for a small difference in price.
Why does it have 2 blades instead of 4?
Two blades keep the price down and are fine for logos and simple animations. Four-blade fans like the 20 inch show smoother detail and brighter color on video clips.
