12 months on every fan, 90 days on stands and covers, replacement shipped first.

What is covered

• Fans that stop powering on, spinning, or displaying, or that develop dead LED segments, rings or bands not caused by damage.
• Power adapters and remotes.
• Stands and covers that break under normal use, for 90 days.

What is not covered

• Blade damage from contact with objects, hands or hair. Mount above reach or use the cover.
• Water, outdoor use, or grease and smoke buildup on the LEDs.
• Drops, shipping damage on returns packed without the original foam, or modification.

How a claim works

1. Email info@spinnyad.com with your order number and a short phone video of the problem.
2. We confirm within one business day and ship a replacement, usually the same day.
3. Put the original in the replacement's box with the prepaid label inside and drop it off.

The warranty starts on the delivery date and is not transferable. Pre-configured content is reloaded on the replacement at no charge.
