Every unit is opened in our Winter Haven, Florida office, switched to English, updated to the current firmware, bench tested for dead LEDs and blade balance, and loaded with your logo animation and a starter library of 20 loops. It arrives ready to hang and plug in.
Where the 20 inch works best
Twenty inches is the size for a counter, a window display, a waiting area or a wall behind the register. It is large enough to read from the sidewalk and small enough that it does not need a stand. Restaurants use it for daily specials, salons for a spinning logo and before-and-after clips, dispensaries for brand logos and product drops, real estate offices for a rotating listing.
If the display will be seen from more than 25 feet away, or from across a trade show floor, step up to the 25 inch fan or the three-fan wall.
What content plays on it
Hologram fans look best with bright objects on a black background: a logo that spins, a product that rotates, text that flies in. Photographs and busy video look muddy. That is why every fan ships with a starter library built for this format, and why the custom logo animation service exists for businesses that want their brand done properly.
Care and safety
Mount the fan where the blades cannot be touched while running, at least 6.5 feet high in public spaces or inside the optional acrylic cover. Wipe the blades with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not run it outdoors or in direct rain.

Questions we get asked
Will people see it from the sidewalk?
Yes, through a window or from a doorway at 15 to 20 feet in normal retail lighting. Direct afternoon sun on the window washes any hologram fan out, so we recommend placing it a few feet back from a sun-facing window or using it on an interior wall.
Do I need to convert videos myself?
No. Your logo animation and the starter library are loaded before the fan ships. To add your own videos later, the app converts MP4 files on your phone, and our video format guide covers the settings that look best.
Is it loud?
It is a fan, so there is a quiet hum. At counter distance it is similar to a desk fan on low and disappears under normal store music.
Can I mount it without drilling?
Yes, with the desktop stand. The wall bracket needs two screws into a stud or anchors. Do not mount it where someone can touch the blades while running.
What if it stops working?
Email or call us. Within the 12-month warranty we ship a replacement first and you send the original back in the same box. Within 30 days of delivery you can return it for any reason.
